Kaptain Carbon Black Sun supposedly represents a new direction for the artist with a record of harsh noise that is moved by the plodding sounds of dungeon synth. This is no longer dungeon synth with noise floating as an atmosphere rather this is noise with a direction much like a rip in space and time that disrupts as it moves.

Favorite track: Morning.

chaucerianmyth I love this album. It might be my favorite album of the year. It is and is not Dungeon Synth simultaneously. It is noisy. It is raw. In atmosphere, and in other significant aspects, this is an emotive and cutting-edge experience not to be missed. 10/10 Favorite track: Eternal Suffering.
